Engr. Dr. Shittu Adelawon Ariyo was born on August 11, 1962, into the Amaroro Royal Family of Iperu-Remo, in the Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA from the University of Calabar, a Master in Information Technology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, a Master of Ministry from Great Nation Bible Academy, and a Doctor of Philosophy from Evangel Christian University of America.
Engr. Ariyo began his professional career at Integrated Group, an Oil & Gas servicing company in Lagos, and worked in the construction and consultancy sectors in Nigeria from 1987 to 1995. Engr Dr. Ariyo's unwavering commitment to innovation and transformative leadership has positioned him as a driving force in the field, poised to continue shaping the future of Real Estate management, project management, and hospitality management.
In 1994, he founded POMECH ASSOCIATES LTD, an engineering consultancy firm, where he serves as principal partner. He has since established several other companies, including Crownprince Properties and Development Limited in Abuja, Crownprince International Schools in Abuja, Crownprince Construction Ltd, and Crownprince Global Industries Limited, all under the umbrella of CROWNPRINCE GROUP, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.
Engr. Dr. Shittu Adelawon Ariyo currently chairs the Board of Trustees of the Yoruba Community in FCT Abuja, and he is the President of the Ogun State Development Association as well as the Estate Developers Association of Nasarawa State.
